Laws of the Gulf States

The law of the Gulf States is characterized by its highly changeable nature, because notably of:

·         the will of privatization and opening to the foreign capital of the Gulf States

·         the future free trade agreements with the European community of the Gulf States

·      the WOT membership of the Gulf States

·       An increase impact of the globalisation on the economies of the Gulf States.

These events have led to appropriate and rapid revision and adaptation in all areas of the laws of the Gulf States. These changes in the laws of he Gulf States are still underway, and will continue for several years.

These pages quote from and summarizes our firm's publications in French, English, American and German legal journals on the laws of the Gulf States, in order to review recent changes in the laws and regulations of the Gulf States, which could have a significant or specific impact on the business environment in these countries or pose challenges to negotiators.
